The Regenexx Australia Concierge Patient Process

Regenexx Australia can assist you to arrange your Regenexx treatment in Australia from your initial enquiry through to your return home.

Our Sydney clinic is geographically placed to service New Zealand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and other South East Asian Countries.

1) Initial Enquiry

Contact us by email info@regenexxaustralia.com.au or by completing the online enquiry form on our website. All potential patients must upload their MRI for examination by our specialist Physician. You will be asked to complete a Medical Questionnaire which provides us with detailed information on your personal health. We will make an initial assessment of your suitability to undertake a Regenexx Procedure and will send you an information pack.

2) Follow Up

As part of our procedures we will contact you to arrange for a consultation with our Physician. This consultation will be via Skype to discuss the outcomes from the review and provide treatment options.

3) Booking your Procedure

Once you have decided to have your Regenexx treatment in Australia we will plan for your Regenexx procedure in Australia. A confirmation letter will be sent to you with details regarding your procedure, a Patient Order Form, accommodation and transport information, other associate paperwork and costings requiring your signature for confirmation.

4) Payment

A one third deposit will be required to confirm your booking with the balance due 7 days prior to your departure to Australia.

5) Departure to Australia

Your destination is Kingsford Smith International Airport, Sydney Australia. Upon arrival at the airport you will be met by a representative in the arrivals area. A driver will then take you directly to the hospital or to your accommodation.

6) Hospital Arrival – Consultation with your Physician

You will be shown facilities and meet with your Physician. Your Physician will explain all about the procedure you are having done and you will have the opportunity to discuss and ask any questions related to the Regenexx procedures.

7) Procedure

On your procedure day you will have a blood draw at our clinic based next to the hospital and you will be escorted to check in to your hospital room. You will be shown the facilities in the room and assured peace of mind prior to having your procedure.

8) Post-procedure Care

Once your procedure has been completed and you are discharged from the hospital, you will be taken to your motel where you will stay for your post-operative period until returning back home. This is anticipated to be 24 hours. You will be given contact details for the hospital and also for your designated patient care manager.

9) Departure from Sydney airport

You will be accompanied to the airport by a Regenexx representative. Where required, wheelchair assistance will be arranged for your journey home. The medical notes are to be passed to your GP so that your medical records are kept fully up to date.

10) Aftercare

Upon returning home, if you have any general questions or queries relating to your procedure please contact us immediately and we will arrange for the Physician to contact you by telephone at a time convenient to yourself.

11) Follow up upon return home

Once you are back home one of our Regenexx Australia staff will contact you to ensure that you were satisfied with the service provided.
